It was a well-written and short book. It uses heavy foreshadowing for most of what happens and you can generally predict things a couple chapters in advance. This is done really well in chapter 8 when something happens and you, being not stupid, know the direct effects, and start to read much faster to see the dominos fall. The book is more or less "females make bad decisions and then live with the consequences" and it ties up the story with me wondering how things would look 15 more years down the line. Overall good book.
